  1. How do I install the Countdown Timer Bar app on my store?
    Open the Salla (or Zid) app marketplace, search for "Countdown Timer Bar", click "Install", and approve the permissions. You'll be redirected to the CTB-Builder editor to create your first campaign. Setup takes under two minutes — no coding required.
  2. Does the app work with all Salla and Zid themes?
    Yes. The bar uses a Web Component with Shadow DOM to fully isolate its styles from your storefront theme, so it won't conflict with any theme. It's tested across all official and custom themes on Salla and Zid.
  3. Will the app slow down my store?
    No. The full bundle is under 12 KB gzipped and loads asynchronously from a global CDN. It won't impact your Core Web Vitals or page speed.
  4. How do I customize the bar design?
    From the CTB-Builder editor you can adjust colors (background, text, digits), advanced backgrounds (gradients, patterns), position (top/bottom/custom CSS), schedule, message text, and CTA button. Every change shows instantly in the live preview.
  5. What's the difference between the plans (Free / Pro / Business)?
    Free: One bar, basic customization, with a "Powered by Alienzhouse" badge. Pro: Multiple campaigns, page targeting, multi-action CTA, badge removal, advanced backgrounds, advanced scheduling. Business: All Pro features + city targeting + custom CSS positioning + priority support.
  6. Can I run multiple bars at the same time?
    Yes, on Pro and above. You can run multiple campaigns with different goals (e.g., a White Friday bar on the homepage, a free-shipping bar on product pages, and a cart-recovery bar at checkout) all at the same time.
  7. How does the "Add to cart" button inside the bar work?
    When the button is clicked, the Salla (Salla.cart.addItem) or Zid (zid.cart.addProduct) SDK is called directly to add the chosen product to the customer's cart. An elegant full-bar success animation confirms the action. No redirect required.
  8. Does the app support English?
    Yes. The bar supports Arabic and English with native RTL from day one. You can write different text per language, and the customer sees the right one automatically based on their selected store language.
  9. How do I place the bar in a custom location inside the page?
    On Pro or Business plans, choose "Custom position" in the position settings, then enter a CSS Selector for the target location (e.g. `.product-form button` to place it directly under the "Add to cart" button).
  10. How do I cancel my subscription?
    From your Salla (or Zid) dashboard → Apps → Countdown Timer Bar → Uninstall. Billing stops immediately and the bar is removed from your store. No cancellation fees.
  11. Does the app store my customers' data?

  12. The bar didn't appear on my store after install — what should I do?
